  • Go deeper: Focus on journaling and doodling daily (even for just 20 minutes) while letting the others flow in as time and energy allow.

  • Challenge yourself: Turn this into a 30-day experiment and see how consistent creativity shifts your perspective.

However you choose to use it, commit to what feels authentic and sustainable. Remember, you get out of this what you put in.
