Letter Club ($18/month)
For the people who want something deeper. Each month you’ll receive a one-page letter from me plus a black monthly postcard to send to friends or family (or keep and frame), bundled with one mystery flat surprise that always fits in a regular envelope. Think stickers, bookmarks, mini zines, tiny art cards, and other paper-goodness.
Everything is designed to feel special, collectible, and easy to enjoy or gift.

If your mail has not arrived:
Please wait 10 business days after the ship window ends before reaching out.
Then email me with your name and your current mailing address.
Replacement policy:
I will gladly send one replacement per subscriber per calendar year at no cost.
If a replacement is needed beyond that, I can reship for a replacement fee to cover cost of printing and postage.
Address issues:
If mail is returned to me due to an incorrect or outdated address, I can resend it once the correct address is confirmed. Reshipping requires an additional postage & handling fee.
Important notes:
I cannot guarantee delivery dates, but I will always do my best to help resolve issues quickly.
If you are moving, please update your address by emailing connect@withavrilwilliams.com with “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line by the 25th to ensure it applies to the next month’s mailing.
